Summer is for plants

Let me introduce you to Mr. Plant Face. I think he's excited to be alive. Like a lot of plants during summer, he's happy to take in the extra light and warmth. He's also looking forward to hanging out with his other plant friends at the Giant Robot Plants Exhibition in August.

I gave birth to Mr. Plant Face while teaching a summer camp for kids these past few weeks, and while surviving the record high temperatures here in Los Angeles. I did very little else. I often feel like I don't produce enough work but forcing it hasn't given me good results. I should be more like Mr. Plant Face and embrace my limitations. If you are a plant you make the best out of the spot where you germinated after all.
